Fair Trade Artichokes from Peru
Continue to celebrate National Eat Your Vegetables Day with one of my favorites, Artichokes. Did you know that you can support a fair deal for farmers in the veggie aisle too? Look for the Fair Trade seal on Edward and Sons canned artichoke hearts. These artichokes are grown in Peru, where rich, fertile soil and glorious sunshine produce some of the world's most delicious artichokes.
