Recently visited the Oakland Cathedral of Christ the Light, along the route of the Golden State Warriors Championship Parade. Found their Gift Shop selling Fair Trade items. One of our most beautiful churches in the area.

Cafe Mam at Milk Pail Market
Native Mayan farmers living in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico and Guatemala grow fair trade and organic coffee for Café Mam (say 'mom'). The growers, primarily of the Mam, Tzetzal and Mochó peoples, believe that by taking care of the soil, they are taking care of the entire biosystem while benefiting their communities in many positive ways. Cafe Mam coffee is now available at the Milk Pail Market in Mountain View. 2585 California Ave.

Good Paper for better lives
Elaine was saved from a life of human trafficking by the people at Good Paper, a company that makes Fair Trade greeting cards. Elaine now has hope, she is off the streets, has her own place and can sustain herself through her employment at Good Paper.
Can a greeting card change a life? More than we can ever imagine, bringing us delight, encouragement, joy and hope. Available now at Whole Foods markets for us to purchase.

Breathe Los Gatos
No matter how
large or how small the store or cafe is, Fair Trade products are available. I
found a small Yoga studio named Breathe Los Gatos, where inside is the Mandala
Tea House serving Fair Trade tea. Located at 14107 Winchester
Blvd.
